As the social media manager for a B2B environmental compliance scheme Valpak Limited, I developed and executed a dynamic content strategy across mainly on LinkedIn but also across Facebook, and X.
From ideation, through writing, to scheduling, I crafted engaging content that effectively communicated the brand's mission and services, growing social media followers from just over 1,000 to 10,00 by in a 1 year period. I also created static graphics and short videos. Through a proactive approach to social media management, I drove brand awareness and customer loyalty, contributing to the brand's success in becoming a trusted and reputable business in environmental compliance space, with over 2,000 more followers than competitors.
In my role, I balanced reactive engagement to industry news with scheduled content delivery, utilising analytics to refine strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives. By combining strategic thinking with creative execution, I played a pivotal role in elevating the brand's online presence and driving leads to the website.
